Abstract

In the modern world, the factor of geoeconomics has become decisive in the formation of the international political system and the development of the world order. Getting to know the basics of geoeconomics and presenting it from a theoretical point of view is an essential circumstance for the political system of Georgia today. Studying the basics of geoeconomics is one of the leading indicators to clarify the nature of politics and economics and determine their relationship's essence. In the framework of such a study, the influence of globalization will be introduced, and the prospects for developing politics and the economy will be determined at the global, regional, and national levels.Geoeconomics as a science studies the interaction between man and space. Council on Foreign Relations senior fellows Robert Blackville and Jennifer M. According to Harris, geoeconomics is using economic tools to protect the realization of national interests and achieve positive geopolitical results.Geoeconomic wars are called generational wars, where it is essential to strengthen one's economy and maximize its competitiveness, they include informational, financial, communication-hacking, and network wars, which globalization has made large-scale.The purpose of our report is to analyze the geoeconomic war and modern conflicts, as well as to introduce you to the number and essence of the main parameters of the political economy and their determining factors and their new scientific and practical significance. In this regard, it is necessary to analyze the main directions of geoeconomic trends in implementing mega-projects and programs, such as TRASEKA, "One Road, One Belt", etc.In order to study the issue in depth, sociological research was used. The analysis of documents and secondary information was determined as the research method, and two research questions were developed:1) What is the essence of the geoeconomic war, and what is its relation to the conditions of the current international order?2) How can the geoeconomic war be considered a contemporary conflict, and with what parameters?The development and establishment of the term geoeconomic war in the Georgian political lexicon is a novelty of the mentioned research, which is also relevant to today's Georgian political system and academic circles. It will be possible to use it not only in the educational and academic system but also in the real political space, particularly in the examples of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, and other state structures.Accurate representation of the concept of geoeconomics and analysis within the framework of research is essential in modern political science and interdisciplinary fields; the specificity of the topic, which is an exciting factor, how geoeconomic science and its indicators turned into the main direction of security studies and also became the object of regional and local level analysis.The study of the phenomenon from the point of view of scientific-research analysis, the main focus of geoeconomics in the modern world political system has shifted from the leading state, one of the determining centers of global political influence, to the determining direction of the importance of small states and their place in this system - the geoeconomic confrontation at the port of Anaklia between the two centers of world influence, the United States of America between the states and China, where the main parameters of Georgia's geoeconomic security have already been identified, which represents another circumstance of focus.
