Author Guidelines

Authors’ Guidelines

The Journal publishes papers by one or more authors. It will not consider any paper that has been published or is under consideration for publication elsewhere. If plagiarism is detected, the work will be automatically disqualified and other texts supplied by the author will no longer be accepted.

Paper submissions:

• The papers must be submitted to the E-mail address: es@tsu.ge;
• The paper should be uploaded in Georgian, English or Russian languages in Microsoft Word format;
• The paper must be 2500 to 6000 words in length;

Discussion:

• After a positive evaluation of the editorial board, the work will be sent for blind As reviewers, scientists from Georgian universities and abroad are being considered, whose competence and academic interests are similar to the topic of the paper.
• The article review period covers up from two to four months, however, the editorial board is ready to prepare the paper for a publication in a minimum time.

Copyright:

Before publishing a paper, the author(-s) must sign an agreement on copyright (see the Law of Georgia on Copyright and Neighbours). If an article contains previously published material (text, schemes or tables), the author is obliged to obtain a written permission from the copyright holder if it exists.

Stylistics and Orthography

The author(-s) is/are responsible to correct text stylistically and orthographically and properly select specific terminology; The editorial board is authorized not to consider a paper with stylistic faulty or to recommend the author to make the language editing with a specialist selected by the editorial board.

Title: The title must not exceed 15 words.

Author: The article should be accompanied with the name and surname of the author fully, institutional affiliation, address, telephone number and E-mail address.

Abstract: The paper must include an English abstract, which should not exceed 500 words.

Keywords: The paper must be accompanied with no more than 5 keywords.

Text decoration and style:

• Sheet size - standard A4; Font size - 12; Line spacing - 1,5; The space between the sheet and the text - 1 cm. Under these rules all parts of the article should be signed: abstract, paper, notes, bibliography, tables etc.
• In the text internationally recognized abbreviations can be used.
• The text should be signed in the latest version of the APA style.

Bibliography: The bibliography should be made according to the following form:

Tables, diagrams and other visual materials:

If the author uses some visual matterials, diagrams or tables, they should be numbered (e. g. Table 1, Diagram 2, Picture 3). The tables should not be copied from the statistical program, it should be prepared by the APA style (see the Diagram 1). Visual materials should also be prepared by the APA style (for more information please visit the PurdueOWL webpage^[1]).

Sections and lists:

The titles of the sections and lists should be formatted according to the APA style. First-level titles should be bolded and centred, second- and third-level titles bolded and shifted to the left. Regarding the lists, if there is a need of hierarchy, they should be numbered. If not, authors can use bullet-points.

Final procedure:

Written and edited texts will be sent for discussing the comments and opinions to the author, who should return it within 72 hours.

ინფორმაცია ავტორთათვის

ჟურნალი აქვეყნებს ერთი ან რამდენიმე ავტორის მიერ მომზადებულ პუბლიკაციას. რედაქციაში შემოსული   სტატია ჟურნალში მიღებამდე არ უნდა იყოს გამოქვეყნებული ან– სხვა გამოცემაში დასაბეჭდად წარდგენილი.  პლაგიატის აღმოჩენის შემთხვევაში, ნაშრომი ავტომატურად დისკვალიფიცირდება და ავტორის მიერ მოწოდებული სხვა ტექსტები შემდგომში აღარ მიიღება.

სტატიის წარდგენა:

• ავტორებმა სტატია უნდა გამოგზვანონ ჟურნალის ელფოსტაზე es@tsu.ge;
• სტატიის წარდგენა შესაძლებელია როგორც ქართულ, ისე ინგლისურ და რუსულ ენებზე; სტატია უნდა აიტვირთოს MicroSoft Word–ის ფორმატში.
• ნაშრომის მოცულობა უნდა იყოს 2500-6000 სიტყვის ფარგლებში;

განხილვა:

• სარედაქციო კოლეგიის დადებითი შეფასების შემდეგ წარმოდგენილი სტატია გაივლის ანონიმურ გარე რეცენზირებას. რეცენზენტებად მოიაზრებიან საქართველოსა და საზღვარგარეთის უნივერსიტეტებში მოღვაწე მეცნიერები, რომელთა კომპეტენცია და აკადემიური ინტერესები თანხვდება სარეცენზიო სტატიის თემატიკას.
• სტატიის განხილვის ვადა ორიდან ოთხ თვემდეა, თუმცა, რედაქცია მოწოდებულია, ნაშრომი მინიმალურ ვადაში განიხილოს.

საავტორო უფლებები:

ავტორ(ებ)მა, სტატიის გამოქვეყნებამდე, ხელი უნდა მოაწეროს ხელშეკრულებას საავტორო უფლებების შესახებ (იხ. საქართველოს კანონი საავტორო და მომიჯნავე უფლებების შესახებ). თუ სტატია შეიცავს ადრე გამოქვეყნებულ მასალას (ტექსტს, სქემებს ან ცხრილებს), ავტორი ვალდებულია, მოიპოვოს წერილობითი ნებართვა საავტორო უფლების მფლობელისაგან (ასეთის არსებობის შემთხვევაში).

სტილისტურ–ორთოგრაფიული მხარე:

ავტორ(ებ)ი პასუხისმგებელია: ნაშრომის ტექსტი მოგვაწოდოს სტილისტურად და ორთოგრაფიულად გამართული; სწორად შეარჩიოს სპეციფიკური ტერმინოლოგია. სარედაქციო კოლეგია უფლებამოსილია, სტილისტურად გაუმართავი სტატია არ განიხილოს ან გასცეს რეკომენდაცია, სტატიამ გაიაროს ენობრივი რედაქტირება სარედაქციო კოლეგიის მიერ შერჩეულ სპეციალისტთან. 

სათაური: სათაური არ უნდა აღემატებოდეს 15 სიტყვას.

ავტორი: სტატიას უნდა ერთვოდეს ავტორის სრული სახელი და გვარი, ინსტიტუციური აფილაცია, მისამართი, ტელეფონის ნომერი და ელფოსტის მისამართი.

აბსტრაქტი: სტატიას თან უნდა ახლდეს ინგლისურენოვანი აბსტრაქტი. აბსტრაქტის მოცულობა არ უნდა აღემატებოდეს 500 სიტყვას.

საკვანძო სიტყვები: ნაშრომს უნდა ერთვოდეს მაქსიმუმ 5 საკვანძო სიტყვა.

ტექსტის გაფორმება და სტილი:

• ფურცლის ზომა – სტანდარტული A4; შრიფტის ზომა – 12; სტრიქონებს შორის ინტერვალი – 1,5; ფურცლის არესა და ტექსტს შორის ინტერვალი –1 სმ. ამ წესის მიხედვით უნდა გაფორმდეს სტატიის ყველა ნაწილი: აბსტრაქტი, სტატია, შენიშვნები, ბიბლიოგრაფია, ცხრილები და სხვ.
• ტექსტში შესაძლებელია საერთაშორისოდ აღიარებული აბრევიატურების გამოყენება.
• ტექსტი უნდა გაფორმდეს APA–ს უკანასკნელი ვერსიის სტილით.

ბიბლიოგრაფია უნდა გაფორმდეს შემდეგი ნიმუშის მიხედვით:

ცხრილები, დიაგრამები და სხვა ვიზუალური მასალა: 

თუ ავტორი იყენებს ვიზუალურ მასალას, დიაგრამებს ან ცხრილებს, ისინი აუცილებლად უნდა დაინომროს (მაგ. ცხრილი 1, დიაგრამა 2, ნახატი 3). ცხრილი პირდაპირ არ უნდა იყოს გადმოტანილი სტატისტიკური პროგრამიდან, უნდა მომზადდეს APA სტილის მიხედვით (იხ. დიაგრამა 1). ვიზუალური მასალაც, ასევე APA სტილით უნდა გაფორმდეს (მეტი ინფორმაციისთვის, იხილეთ PurdueOWL-ის შესაბამისი გვერდი[2]).

სექციები და სიები: 

სექციების სათაურები და სიები უნდა გაფორმდეს APA სტილის მიხედვით. პირველი დონის სათაური უნდა იყოს გამსხვილებული და ფურცლის შუაში გამოტანილი, ხოლო მეორე და მესამე დონეებისა – მსხვილი და ცენტრიდან მარცხნივ განთავსებული.

რაც შეეხება სიებს, თუ დასაცავია იერარქია, მაშინ ჩამონათვალი დანომრილი უნდა იყოს. თუ არა – შეგიძლიათ, გამოიყენოთ პუნქტები (ე. წ. bullet-point-ები).

 საბოლოო პროცედურა:

დასაბეჭდად მიღებული და  რედაქტირებული ტექსტი, შენიშვნების და მოსაზრებების განხილვისთვის, ეგზავნება ავტორს, რომელმაც იგი 72 საათის განმავლობაში უნდა დააბრუნოს.
